She is in current Class 2B Survey of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority.

With an ample deck hold of 30m³, crane access and liveaboard workers accommodation, this hardy tug boat can deliver a range of requirements.

She comes with a hydraulic crane and a variety of optional extra equipment. These include, but are not limited to; a dumb barge, landing barge, workboats, air compressors etc.

Fully air-conditioned with liveaboard facilities, she can carry 16 persons and sleep 10.

The tugboat ‘Gulf Explorer’s liveaboard accommodation makes her ideal for personnel transfer/crew lodgings or a research tug charter vessel.

The tug ‘Gulf Explorer’ is well suited to perform both long-range and harbour marine tow services. The ‘Gulf Explorer’ is a support vessel capable of inshore and offshore marine projects.

The tug ‘Gulf Explorer’ is available for hire on both long-term and short-term workboat charters.
