About the Marine Tugboat ‘Gulf Explorer’
The North Marine tugboat ‘Gulf Explorer’ has a 35-ton bollard pull and cruising capacity of over ten thousand nautical miles. In Class 2B Survey of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority, with a 3-ton load.
Fully air-conditioned with liveaboard facilities, she can carry 16 persons and sleep 10.
She comes with a hydraulic crane and a variety of optional extra equipment. These include, but are not limited to; a dumb barge, landing barge, workboats, air compressors etc.
The tugboat ‘Gulf Explorer’s liveaboard accommodation makes her ideal for personnel transfer/crew lodgings or a research tug charter vessel.
The tug ‘Gulf Explorer’ is available for hire on both long-term and short-term workboat charters.
