North Marine supported Parks Australia in conducting a 9-day Coral Sea Marine Park (CSMP) Island Health Assessment voyage in July 2024.

Scope of Work

The expedition visited up to 12 cays and islets across the Coringa, Diamond, Herald, Lihou, Magdelaine, and Willis Island groups.
Activities included habitat assessments, a weed management project on South Willis Islet, coral bleaching surveys, debris removal, and signage installation.
The R.V. Escape accommodated 12 passengers and supported the voyage with biosecurity compliance, thorough planning, and performance reporting.
