In March 2025, North Marine was engaged to deliver essential cargo and fuel to Hicks Island. The project involved  mobilising Pacific Ranger to tow the barge ‘Clarence’, which carried a range of cargo including fuel supplies and a front loader required for critical island operations.

Navigating challenging conditions, North Marine successfully delivered essential cargo and equipment to Hicks Island on schedule. Once on-site, the crew efficiently unloaded the freight, including heavy machinery, with minimal disruption to island activities. The operation showcased North Marine’s expertise in remote-area logistics, safe barge towing, and heavy equipment handling, further reinforcing its reputation for reliable and well-coordinated marine transport services.
