In March 2025, North Marine was engaged to deliver essential cargo and fuel to Hicks Island. The project involved  mobilising Pacific Ranger to tow the barge ‘Clarence’, which carried a range of cargo including fuel supplies and a front loader required for critical island operations.

Once on-site, the crew efficiently unloaded the freight, including heavy machinery, with minimal disruption to island activities.
