Our Clients

North Marine’s commercial diving department holds a long-term contract with Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) to maintain public moorings and reef protection markers throughout Australia’s Great Barrier Reef Marine Park.

Furthermore, we frequently perform commercial diving contracts for many government agencies in various capacities. Such projects include marine salvage operations for Maritime Safety Queensland’s (MSQ) ‘War on Wrecks’ initiative and MSQ navigational aid inspections in the Cairns Channel, anode installation for Ports North, and a variety of council works.

We deliver commercial dive contracting to some of the largest shipping companies throughout Queensland and the Torres Strait, including state government-owned, Sea Swift. Northern Australia’s largest freight shipping company.

We maintain the underwater infrastructure for most marine tourism operators in Far North Queensland. These include large and small operators, such as Experience Co, Quicksilver and Reef Encounter.

North Marine also works for the general public to provide commercial dive services, including mooring inspection and compliance for vessel owners.
