About the Workboat Charter ‘Viking’
‘Viking’ is a 14-meter twin-screw commercial workboat in AMSA class 2C survey.
Viking has ample deck space, a 500kg lifting davit and a 3.5-ton towing capacity. The liveaboard accommodation can carry up to 14 workers and sleep 7.
Suited to both harbour and ocean marine support, she is available for long-term charter or occasional workboat hire.
A range of marine equipment is available for hire in conjunction with the charter boat Viking. These include various support tender vessels, air compressors, commercial diving equipment, additional fuel cells etc.
Viking is well suited to a range of marine support work. She is fully fitted to operate as a commercial diving workboat. Viking is an endorsed ‘COVID-safe’ transport provider – for crew transfers or launch service operations – and frequently functions as a scientific research vessel.

North Marine offers hourly, daily and extended workboat charter rates, in line with competitive industry standards.
Workboat charter rates include time loading and unloading, voyage time, and duration at the worksite.
